Portal is an ability that debuts in BEAR*. Portal released with the upgrades. (idk what to call this one), created by Cheedaman. Portal can be found inside the player's inventory.
Function
Once using Portal, a portal will appear and Bear will be able to go fast. Bear cannot damage survivors until they re-emerge out of the portal, and survivors cannot see Bear. Once Bear re-emerges, a portal will appear and Bear will revert back to default speed. Bear will be able to damage survivors, and survivors will be able to see Bear.
Trivia
- Portal's icon was created by Shroombaloombie.
- When a player spectates the Bear that is using Portal, the camera will stay in the same location where Bear used that ability.
- There's a chance that a player will actually see the fast traveling Bear while spectating if they joined after that ability has been used.
- Portal is the first ability that wasn't released with the Cinco De Mayo 2024, alongside the most of the abilities. Second being Gloop.
