Outrageous is a Sam mini-boss enemy and skin that debuts in BEAR*. Outrageous released alongside with THE BRICKBATTLERS, created by Shroombaloombie. Outrageous can be obtained by owning the An Outrageous Effort badge.

Outrageous appears to be a black and orange Sam wearing a brown shirt under an orange short-sleeved shirt with an image of 3 Robloxians, each being a different color. It wears a black and orange hard hat. Outrageous also wears dark brown boots and carries a rocket launcher in one hand and a board with a nail sticking out in the other hand.
