Deep Sea Diver is a Bear in a scuba diving outfit. The diving outfit itself is colored in a yellowish-brown color. The boots of the suit have yellow ends. His helmet has 2 air holes so he can breathe, and the reflection of his face. His diving suit is also slightly covered in seaweed. Deep Sea Diver also wields a large harpoon.
