Cheese Altar is a puzzle that debuts in the BEAR franchise. Cheese Altar released alongside with all games releases, created by Cheedaman. Cheese Altar rewards the player N/A Quidz in BEAR (Alpha), B.A [DELUXE DEMO], and 5 Quidz in BEAR* if it is solved, as well as reduces the timer by 30 seconds in BEAR (Alpha), B.A [DELUXE DEMO], and 15 - 40 seconds in BEAR*.
Appearance
Cheese Altar appears to be a dark colored blocky metallic structure that has a small block sticking out in the front side to place a cheese at, to solve the puzzle which in BEAR* and in B.A. [DELUXE DEMO], there will be a plate on the small block sticking out. Cheese Altar also has a image of Bear's head which if the puzzle is solved the eyes of Bear will start glowing red, Cheese Altar also states in audio and in text "GIVE ME THE CHEESE." once in a while until the puzzle is solved. Additionally, Cheese Altar has five different designs in four maps from three games.
- In BEAR*'s Yorick's Resting Place, the Cheese Altar appears to be an old, rusty, and aged design, and has a different image of Bear's head, which Bear's appears to be crying black tears and has a sad smile.
- In Unknown Wetlands, the Cheese Altar is more rusty and more broken down and the image of Bear's head is instead an image of a green Jimbo that is covered in darkness without eyes which if the puzzle is solved green glowing eyes will appear.
- In B.A. [DELUXE DEMO] and BEAR (Alpha)'s Sewage Domain, the Cheese Altar replaces the image of Bear's head with Sam's head, if the puzzle is solved pink and blue glowing eyes will appear and behind the Cheese Altar is a message stating, "Alright Fine You Can Keep Your Sam Altar Mr. EggscrutiatingIy."
- In Starlight Carnival, the Cheese Altar replaces the image of Bear's head with Pogo Clown's head. The colors of the Altar have also been changed to blue, red, and yellow. If the puzzle is solved, small white glowing eyes will appear.
- In Dojo High School, the Cheese Altar appears to be rusty, with wires coming out of the Bear's head. If the puzzle is solved, white glowing eyes will appear, while red fog comes out of it.
- In a Cheese Rush round, sometimes the Cheese Altar will appear as a pink iced cheese altar with a Sparkle Time Cheese Lord head.
Function
Cheese Altar's function is to reduce the timer by 30 seconds to make it less likely for Bear to catch the Survivors. The Survivor who has solved the puzzle will be rewarded with 10 Quidz for solving the puzzle.
Solution
The way to solve Cheese Altar is to find cheese that can be located in any spot of the map and bring it to the Cheese Altar by equipping it and coming into contact with the Cheese Altar. Once the Survivor brings the cheese to the Cheese Altar, the cheese will no longer be in the Survivor's inventory and will instead be on the Cheese Altar's small block in which the image of Bear displayed on the Cheese Altar will have glowing red eyes.

- The infamous dialogue "GIVE ME THE CHEESE." originates from a YouTube video titled Pumkin world 2.
- There was a bug where the bubble chat that the Cheese Altar produces when it states its line will only show part of the line that the Cheese Altar states. This is because Roblox's bubble chat was broken during that time period.
- The Sewage Domain Cheese Altar has a message directed to EggscrutiatingIy because in EggscrutiatingIy's BEAR (Alpha) submission for Sewage Domain, he wanted the Cheese Altar to have a picture of Sam's head instead of Bear's which was not added in.
- In Cheese Rush, there's a pink Cheese Altar which is only seen on the Cheese Rush mode.
