Cyberg Sam is a Sam skin that debuts in BEAR*. Cyberg Sam released with Christmas 2021, created by Cheedaman and Shroombaloombie. Cyberg Sam can be obtained from the Master Blaster badge. As of January 3rd, 2022, Cyberg Sam is unobtainable due to it being limited.
Cyberg Sam has between 3,200 health and 8,200 health depending on the amount of players and does 2-60 damage to the player.
Appearance
Cyberg Sam appears to be a pale blue colored Sam that is missing it's left leg with dark blue colored shading that welds a mechanical candy cane wearing Christmas lights strap across it's torso with a dark blue colored cape on it's back. Cyberg Sam also wears a mechanical gauntlet on it's left arm, wears a Santa Claus hat, and has strap covering it's left eye with a mechanical red eye, and has a pink and light blue colored eyes next to it.
How to Defeat
Cyberg Sam is one of the most complex and hardest boss fight in BEAR and it requires some strategies to defeat it and obtained the skin and the badge.
- Never stay in one spot and always move around.
- Staying in one spot means that Cyberg Sam can easily kill since his attacks takes a lot of damage.
- Don't try taking cover behind trees or rocks, all attacks can go through them.
- The best way to avoid ice peaks & orange beams attacks is to go behind Cyberg Sam.
- But at the cost of being near where the H.O.L.O.B.O.B. spawn.
- You can also climb on the top of trees and rocks in order to dodge the orange beams.
- Stay away from other players.
- Staying away from others and benefit you and others because Sam can aim for another player which is around you and if he attacks that player near you, you can receive damage from his attacks.
- Try to have 80-100 Health in Phase 1 of the boss battle.
- In the beginning of Phase 2, Cyberg Sam takes 20 of your health away from you and he gets more harder to defeat meaning he doubles his attacks on Phase 2.
Attacks
Phase 1
Icicles: 3-8 damage.
- Blue Shards: 5 damage per laser.
Phase 2
- Blowback: Ranges by health.
- Orange Beam: 60 damage, will start shooting 2-3 beams on phase 2.
Trivia
- The two eyes that Cyberg Sam have is a reference to Sam's two orbs in his resting place.
- Cyberg Sam had 4 unused versions with different things on his stomach and the default fur color.
- It is the only skin where Cheedaman credits himself.
- Cyberg is a portmanteau of cyborg and iceberg.
